During the twenty years of development of the dental profession, porcelain veneers have grown rapidly as a remedy to restore dental aesthetics in dental practices worldwide. They are used extensively in cosmetic restoration of front teeth (front teeth) as well as posterior teeth. Clinical examination:

  • Examination in the mouth
  • Taking study cast

Analyzing oral health status:

  • Teeth has been through orthodontic process, grade 1 standard angle joints
  • The two central canals were filled with composite, but the fillings were no longer fitted and showed signs of discoloration.
  • The correlation between the medial incisors and the remaining teeth was not standardized, with the incisors appearing to be small and short.

Treatment plan:

  • Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Ultra-thin Veneer

Treatment process

  • Appointment 1: Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Appointment 2: Taking study cast, compare color of teeth
  • Appointment 3: Try porcelain veneer with a suitable colorant, proceed to paste porcelain veneer permanently

CLINICAL CASE 2:

N.T.T -25-year-old customer, to the center with the desire to make white teeth bright and beautiful

Clinical examination:

  • Examination in the mouth
  • Take a picture of your mouth and face – make a note of your smile while you talk the most naturally

Analyzing oral health status:

  • Two medial canals were filled with composite material for over 3 years, showing signs of discoloration and recurrence
  • Patient has bleached many times, but color is still not as desired
  • 6 upper jaw teeth tend to droop inside, making the patient’s face slightly disproportional

Treatment plan:

  • Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Tooth fillings
  • Ultra-thin veneer prepared at least 6 HT incisors (13 to 23)

CLINICAL CASE 3:

B.Q. M -33 years old, came to the center with the desire to make the teeth beautiful, bright color and more angular

Clinical examination:

  • Examination in the mouth
  • Patients have a lot of tartar, tooth 47 has a large hole in the chewing surface
  • Take a picture of your mouth and face – make a note of your smile while you talk the most naturally

Analyzing oral health status:

  • Patient has finished invisalign for 1.5 years, but there is still a gap between teeth 21 and 22.
  • Patient has bleached several times with the tray at home, but color is still not as desired
  • The front teeth have a circular shape – not suitable for the patient’s face
  • The two upper canines are drooping inside, making patients uncomfortable when talking

Treatment plan:

  • Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Tooth fillings
  • Make mock-up with wax on a research pattern with a four-tooth design as desired by the patient
  • Ultra-thin Veneer prepares a minimum of 20 units (15-> 25, 35-> 45) with a mock-up design.

CLINICAL CASE 4:

T.T.H-45, came to the center with the desire to improve the smile

Clinical examination:

  • Examination in the mouth
  • Patients have a lot of calcarea, tooth 15 with traumas and necrosis
  • Take a picture of your mouth and face – make a note of your smile while you talk the most naturally

Analyzing oral health status:

  • Patients with severe fluorosis
  • Two incisors between the upper and lower jaw are removed from the jawbone causing the patient face is disproportional

Treatment plan:

  • Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Root canal treatment and dental crown for teeth 15, 21,11,31,41
  • Ultra-thin veneer prepared at least 15 units (14-> 25, 35-> 45)

CLINICAL CASE 5:

T.T.T-35-year-old customer, came to the center with the desire to improve the smile

Clinical examination:

  • Examination in the mouth
  • Take a picture of your mouth and face – make a note of your smile while you talk the most naturally

Analyzing oral health status

  • Patient is infected with heavy tetracyclines
  • There are clefts in the two maxillary incisors
  • The two front teeth slightly bent inside making the smile becomes unnatural

Treatment plan:

  • Teeth cleaning & polishing
  • Veneer prepared a minimum of 20 units (15-> 25; 35-> 45)
